Founded in 2012, Reneport has evolved from its founding as an independent broker of resources to become a holding company, advisor & projects specialist to a handful of companies founded or supported.

Reneport began as timber agents, supplying forest products to the construction & infrastructure sectors in the UK. Our experience and contacts in the timber market enabled a natural transition to the biomass fuel market in 2015, quickly growing a £20M+ European trading business which was successfully exited in 2020.

We continue to focus on building businesses that further support the energy transition away from fossil fuels and towards a more sustainable future. We have delivered projects utilising resources across waste to energy, fuels, biogas and secondary critical metals for renewable energy supply chains.

​Since 2020, the company became more involved in project development having founded a renewables developer focused on solar and battery storage and since 2022, a business focused on sustainable data centre infrastructure paired with clean energy.

We continue to stay abreast of emerging trends across energy and sustainability, with a focus on supporting existing investments, as well as consulting on projects and businesses that share the same philosophy.
